“My husband and I chose to work with Bernardo Valdez at Ranch Events for our wedding and we are so glad we did. From day one he was so attentive and helpful. Very quick responses always and worked with us on each little ask. Day of the wedding he made sure he took all the stress away from us and our family. He and the entire staff did an amazing job. I would highly recommend. Ranch events was also able to work with our budget and make it do able while also being beautiful with great service.”
Planning to host a fall dinner party, this is the perfect season to use seasonal foods in the menu. A few fall veggies are carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato, lettuce and Shitake mushrooms. Fruits in season include apples, pears, grapes and figs. Ranch Events will include some of the veggies in your menu and create a dessert with one of the seasonal fruits. Let’s get started; Ranch Event consultants are available to help with your planning and design. We are the experts; you can sit back and enjoy the dinner.
Ranch Events had the honor of being chosen for the 9th year in a row as the catering company of choice for the annual CPO (Chief Petty Officer) Pride Day. The event was held at the Silver State Beach on Coronado Island. This celebration was an all-day affair beginning at 9 am in the morning and ending at 3 p.m.
To kick off the morning festivities, multiple coffee stations with coffee cake plus beverage stations were set up throughout the venue so everyone could get their morning beverage of choice.
