The event was held at the Silver State Beach on Coronado Island. This celebration was an all-day affair beginning at 9 am in the morning and ending at 3 p.m.
To kick off the morning festivities, multiple coffee stations with coffee cake plus beverage stations were set up throughout the venue so everyone could get their morning beverage of choice.
The food was cooked on-site and was served from double sided buffet lines. The mouth-watering menu included barbecued beef brisket, pollo asada, BBQ chicken, Hawaiian baked beans, Kentucky green beans, Mac & Cheese, and multiple salad choices. To satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth, there were two dessert stations that offered sheet cakes of various flavors, mini brownies and chocolate covered strawberries.
