For the third consecutive year San Diego City Schools Administrations Association has used Ranch Events as their catering choice to plan and provide services for their Annual Summerfest Retiree Celebration. The event was held at Marina Village, San Diego in June and sported a Hawaiian theme. All attendees were asked to wear their best “Island attire”. Appetizers and drinks began at 5pm, with dinner served at 6:15 and a DJ with dancing kicked off the party. Coconut shrimp, antipasto skewers, stuffed dates with bacon were some of the Hors d’oeuvre with Maui BBQ chicken and Kahlua pork the featured entrees.
