I hired Ranch Catering for my husbands surprise party on July 4th. They are listed as one of San Diego’s best special event caterers. I worked with Bernardo, loved him! He felt like family and he wanted the event to go off without a hitch as well. Everyone raved about how great the food, delicious! Our servers and our Captain, Luis were attentive to the guests and wonderful to work with. Bernardo and his team, Luis, servers, cooks, etc…made it one of my most stress free events.

Catered for US NAVY Friends and Family Day onboard USS CARL VINSON CVN70. This event had MANY Logistical challenges.
Imagine trying to prepare food for over 4,600 sailors and their friends and families, getting access to the Naval Base, getting access to the Pier where the Ship is, getting all the food and equipment craned onto the Ship, using the Ship’s galley to cook the food and bringing up all the food to the Hanger Bay, then feeding all those people for over 8 hours at sea….
Ranch Events team was outstanding. I have to give them credit, watching them work was very impressive. What seemed to be a cluster, was a very organized and procient operation at work. Most of all, I appreciated their patience…. patience in getting all of their stuff onboard and getting it all off, which took several days.
