We had Ranch cater our wedding this past Friday and we were not disappointed at all. Really it was above and beyond. From the first meeting we had with Bernardo we knew he would go above and beyond for us. The food and cake were delicious (you have to try the marble, Bavarian strawberry filling…you’ll be sorry if you don’t). Bernardo was extremely flexible when we changed our venue two weeks before the wedding. Bernardo and his team were professional and made sure our guests were taken care of. Hands down the best choice and you will not be disappointed with Ranch catering and their services! If you are looking for someone who is on top of things, organized and gets back to you in a timely fashion, Bernardo is your guy.
The crew worked their butts off! This past Saturday, Ranch Catering did the wedding I was attended. Ramon was the head Caterer in charge and had everything so organized and on track. I was so impressed with the care that his team took with everything they did. Not only was the food delicious but it was beautifully presented and the attention to detail was spot on. I truly felt that these guys all knew what an important event this was and took it very seriously and didn’t want anything to be missed. Water and Drinks were never empty, and plates were cleared promptly. Ramon and his crew were PROFESSIONALS, and you should totally use them for you next event !!
