Ranch Events has helped many Indian couples with their catering needs for their Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception. We have buffet equipment that we can set up at a location of your choice. Monezza Popatia and Raymond Choi choose Ranch Events to cater their Indian rehearsal dinner held in the Seaside Room at Marina Village in San Diego. The August evening was just perfect with wind sails and lantern lighting on the patio terrace. Vegetable samosa with mint chutney and sweet tamarind sauce was one of the featured Hors D’Oeuvres. The entrées included Saag Panner, Lamb Curry, Chicken Makhani with Cumin Basmati Rice and Goat Biryani. For dessert, the bride-to-be made some authentic Indian sweets. Gold trimmed china with cobalt blue water glasses adorned the table and purple and fuchsia alternating table linens were used throughout the dining area. It was beautiful.
