My Nephew got married this last weekend at the Seaside Room at Marina Village. The entire event was coordinated by Ranch Events. My Sister and I worked with Bernard for just about a year and a half planning the event. Every planning meeting was a joy. Bernard listened to our ideas, our concerns, and our budget. Together we pulled off a perfectly polished wedding. Bernard and his staff decorated the hall with attention to detail, set up a wonder cake display, candy buffet and loft for the bride to dress and get ready. Promptly after the ceremony, hors d’oeuvres (shrimp cocktails) were served to our guests and the bartender was ready to go. When the hall was opened it was just wonderful for our guests to get their seats. The dinner was delightful. Many people commented on how delicious it tasted. The staff helped to serve our great grandmother and other elders so they would not have to wheelchair / canes out to the buffet. That touched my heart deeply. Bernard and his team checked in regularly throughout the evening to make sure we were happy and things met our expectations. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend working with Ranch Events, Bernard in particular, for your next special event. You won’t be disappointed.
We had a really wonderful experience with Ranch Events! Our catering coordinator Megan was wonderful! She was very good at communicating through the whole process and very attentive. The food was so delicious! We have received so many compliments about the food, the service and the overall reception. We are very pleased with our captain Scott, and his staff. The set up and service was impeccable! The cakes were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! They were so beautiful and tasted as good as they looked! We would definitely recommend Ranch Events & special events caterer to our family and friends.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Ranch Events. Over the years they have catered numerous dinner dances for us. Sindy and Kathy have been gems to work with and the entire staff has been wonderful. Having shared that – no matter how great the service is – if the food isn’t good there will be unhappy guests. The food Ranch has served has always been of the highest quality and expertly prepared. I still don’t know how they manage that when some of our dances have had 200+ guests. They have their craft down to an art form. I’m looking forward to working with Ranch Events again for our December 2018 dance and know that once again we’ll be in great hands!
