My husband and I cannot express how grateful we are for Yvonne!! We had booked the Baja room at Marina Village for our wedding and through a relative came in contact with Ranch events. Yvonne Elguira was very detailed, kind, and so honest with us. She helped us from the beginning with food tastings to getting in contact with the decorator for the Baja room! She always responded promptly to our questions and had suggestions when we needed help picking linens. As for the food, omg! Our guests all had seconds and were raving about everything! We had picked prime rib and this chicken dish with asparagus. The sides were a Mexican Cesar salad, an apple bleu cheese salad, veggies, mashed potatoes and bread. The servers and captains were amazing during the event and made sure my husband and I didn’t have to get up. There was a slight hiccup in our schedule as the ceremony finished earlier than expected, but the bar tenders were able to keep everyone happy! Thank you SO much to Yvonne and her team. If you’re looking for a caterer/coordinator, Yvonne and Ranch Events are your people!!
My husband and I hired Ranch Events for our wedding in May. No regrets with having them as a vendor. Bernardo was professional, friendly and detail oriented. Not only was the food excellent, it was also a reasonable price. Bernardo was able to assist us throughout the entire process of choosing a menu, along with design and room layout. Great communication throughout the whole process as well. We would utilize ranch events again. Our wedding was a memorable event for our guests with the help of the delicious food from Ranch Events.
Simply the best quality in food and service!! Ranch Events catered our wedding last April. The entire process from beginning to end was so easy and the wedding went flawlessly from what I could tell. Before the wedding, Ramon helped us with all the details not just around the food but we also did a walk through together of our venue where he suggested set up ideas, floor plan ideas, timeline ideas etc. It really helped with the general planning of the reception. During the wedding Gio was our lead server and made sure my husband and I were able to eat! He was professional, helpful, and made sure that we didn’t have anything to worry about. We went buffet style and had tray passed appetizers during cocktail hour. All our guests LOVED the food. Everyone we asked was really impressed and they mentioned it’s some of the best wedding food they’ve had!! We had a beef and salmon and a veggie option. The bacon wrapped dates were amazing and although not at our wedding we did love the fruit infused iced tea during our tasting. We looked at 3-4 other caterers before we were introduced to Ranch Events. None of them compared to what Ranch Events offers in quality of food and service. Any events we plan on doing in the future, we’re going with Ranch Events simply because I know we’ll be taken care of from start to finish and be able to provide excellent food to our guests.
