I have been working with “Ranch Events” for many years. I can’t say enough good things about them. I have many events in my office and other organizations. I just call Kathy, give the date & time, and then she and Sindy take care of everything for me.
Every year “Ranch” actually turns my office parking lot into a little restaurant with carpet & special lighting for approximately 225 guests. They cook & serve filet mignon, shrimp scampi & Mediterranean chicken. Everyone loves the mashed potato bar; the beer & wine bar (Scott & Giovanni are really good bartenders) & the desserts are great (Chocolate brownies are to die for). The table set up & the serving tables are always beautiful…..all I do is choose a color for the linens.

It is fitting that we celebrate National Chili Day every year on the fourth Thursday of February since there’s nothing better than enjoying fiery fare during one of the winter’s coldest months.
When it comes to the story of chili, tales and myths abound. While many food historians agree that chili con carne is an American dish with Mexican roots, Mexicans are said to deny indignantly any association with the dish.
Last Spring Ranch Events, guided by expert Event Planner Bernardo Valdes, was chosen as the wedding planner to design and coordinate the wedding celebration for Casie and Clay. The wedding ceremony and reception were held at the beautiful Marina Village in San Diego. This waterfront setting offers an outdoor site where the ceremony was performed against the picturesque marina backdrop. The couple’s vows were exchanged overlooking the bay and yacht docks; creating a once-in-a-lifetime memory. The open, airy location and sunshine was perfect for this special couple and provided the picture-perfect wedding atmosphere. The serenity and natural beauty of the surrounding grounds set the stage for stunning photographs taken by Heidi-O-Photo.
