We absolutely could not have been more pleased with how our reception turned out in the Catalina Room at Marina Village. We had Ranch cater our reception and worked with Bernardo. He made our vision come to life perfectly. Everything looked so beautiful and we can’t thank him and the staff enough for making everything look just so perfect and run so smoothly. Bernardo was very patient as we changed our colors three times!! We contacted him many times with questions during the planning process and was always very nice and patient. Everyone loved the food. World-class staff

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Yvonne, Sal and the rest of the Ranch Events world-class staff were at making our event amazing! Beautiful facility and decor, great food, and world-class​ staff all-around! You won’t go wrong hosting just about any​ event at the Seaside Room! I volunteered to plan a gala for my son’s school several months ago, and I came across Ranch Events and their beautiful facility overlooking the marina and facing west for the best view of the sunset. The idea of planning the school’s largest annual event for nearly 200 people was so overwhelming (I have never planned an event that big in my life), but Yvonne walked me through everything and made my job simple. Ranch Events took care of the catering, set-up, linens, and staffing; and after scouting several other locations to host our event, I can tell you that the cost and quality were ​unmatched! Yvonne was calm, collected and super organized giving me peace of mind to focus on many other aspects of planning the gala. Yvonne far exceeded my expectations! Phenomenal ​customer service and support! On the day of my event, the staff was super accommodating​ and saved me from losing my mind, which was a sincere possibility since the weather brought a chilly breeze with rain and we were using the outside patio with the enclosed canopy. Yvonne introduced me to Sal who was our captain on the day of the event. Sal was spectacular, and the whole event from preparation to dinner to the event close was seamless. Sal and his staff were true professionals and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work our event. The only hiccup we had was water in the entrances from the canopy into the ballroom, but Sal managed mother nature​ as best as he could and the event was a major success! >From the moment folks walked into the facility for our event and well after, I was peppered with compliments on how well everything was run, the food and the beauty of the facility. I have no doubt the Seaside Room will be an option for our events in the future, and I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to plan a personal event there. Highly recommended! Five stars all the way!!!
