Regretfully but fondly we have to say good bye to meal pick-ups
When the pandemic was in full force, in March of 2020, the owner of Ranch Events, Kathy Monsour, wanted to do something for the San Diego community… something that could hopefully ease people’s pain of being isolated, with the “shelter in place” mandate, and fear of going to the grocery store. She decided to offer many different kinds of meals that were table ready, packaged and could be picked up at the Ranch Events Mission Valley site. Meals were reasonably priced with a good selection of options and, of course, each order had plenty of food for a family or a group of friends to enjoy. This “Pick-up” option was an instant hit and extremely successful.
If barbecuing is your idea of a great time, let us plan your next party. Leave the grillin’ to us cause everyone knows everything always tastes better when it is cooked on the grill.
In May 2021, Daniela and Tony Dominguez held their wedding and reception at the La Jolla Woman’s Club. They choose Ranch Events to cater their special day and the newly weds had some glowing comments about Ranch Events. They said:

We had them cater our wedding and Bernardo made the whole process a great experience. Bernardo helped us out and was very understanding with all the covid restrictions changing on a regular basis. The food was amazing, we received so many compliments from our guests on how great the food tasted. Now the cake, woah! It was soooo good. We had three flavors and they were all amazing! I can’t wait to have them cater for us again.”
