Since 2014 the City of Santee has employed Ranch Events to cater their yearly Holiday employee Events. These Holiday parties were so successful, they called on Ranch again to provide food for a special event called “Brews and Bites. The Special Events Supervisor, who books the cities events, sent Ramon Salido, his Ranch Events Consultant, this following email:
