On May 15, 2021, Yesenia Villegas and Sam Cruz said their “I Do’s” at Marina Village, San Diego. Ranch Events provided the venue and catered the reception. Yesenia wrote the following”
Ranch Events catered our wedding about 2 weeks ago now, OMG was it amazing!!! The planning, food & cake tasting, rehearsal, decorations & everything in between! We could not have asked for a more perfect day & Bernardo was there with us every step of the way making sure we got everything we asked for.
I chose a “Sit Down Menu” from Ranch Events which included a Poached Pear and Cranberry Salad, Roasted Prime Rib with AuJus, Twice Baked Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Assorted dinner rolls. Ranch Events also baked our wedding cake , see picture below, and it included 3 layers; chocolate truffle, banana cream and marble Bavarian strawberry.
The staff (Bernardo, Sal, servers & bartender) on the day of the wedding were very professional & a delight to work with. The food was delicious & the Cake came out exactly like the picture I sent.
EVERYONE that attended the wedding cannot stop talking about how beautiful the event turned out! My husband & I are beyond thankful to you all for making our special day more memorable than we could ever have imagined. Thanks again Bernardo, Sal & the rest of the staff at Ranch Events you are truly are the best!!!!
