I contacted Rhonda Wick soon after my daughter, who was the bride to be, was considering using Ranch Events. I exchanged emails about my level of expectation from them for my daughter’s wedding. She assured me that everything would be flawless, professional, and up to my expectations.
The wedding was on October 3, 2015. From the time the chairs and tables were delivered to the time they were picked up everything was as professional as it gets. The layout with the table dressings was stunningly amazing.
The food: I cannot explain in enough detail the quality of the food from the salads, to the short ribs, the chicken, the potatoes, and the delicious custom dessert. I loved it, the guests loved it (all 170 of them), no complaints from anyone all night long.
The catering staff were highly professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They made sure to be invisible when needing to be and in the right places at all times when needed.
My hat goes off to the team that took care of my daughter’s wedding. You guys did an amazing job and deserve to be recognized for your professional efforts. All weddings are memorable for one reason or another, thank you for making this wedding memorable for all of the right reasons.
