“When we first started planning our wedding we were stressed, only having a little over 2 months to prepare for our August 20, 2021 wedding date, Bernardo Valdez was simply amazing! When we had no idea what to do, he offered suggestions to point us in the right direction. He was aware of our budget and never pressured us to spend more, and in fact, did his best to show us how to save money when possible. He provided us with the best options and explained each in detail.
Bernardo is friendly, organized, thorough, and COMPLETELY professional !!! He is an AMAZING COMMUNICATOR and extremely knowledgeable. Because he was so attentive to our wants and needs, we were very confident that our ceremony and reception would be unforgettable. And it was!
He was there every step of the way, from the initial meeting, through the tastings, the choosing of the cake, the room set up, making sure the wedding and reception went perfectly. He was great at always reminding us of upcoming appointments and deadlines.
The bartender Alma and the servers were top notch, exceeding expectations. And the food! So many guests raved that the food was so much better than the usual ” wedding food”. Absolutely delicious!
We could go on and on. Bernardo is not only a fantastic wedding coordinator, he is an awesome person, a lot of fun, and we felt as if he had been our friend for years. We will definitely be dropping by from time to time just to visit. Thank you, Bernardo Valdez and Ranch Catering, for making our wedding so wonderfully memorable”
