Sal has been with our Ranch family for over 20 years. Now, that’s A LOT of parties, events, and celebrations! He started out as a server and worked his way up to captain and has been serving our clients with his wonderful attitude every step of the way. He’s always friendly, accommodating, and most importantly calm, cool, and collected. Nothing “rattles his cage.”
Seeing people create special memories and celebrate together is something that Sal enjoys most about what he does. Whether it’s a wedding, a birthday, or even a corporate event, a happy client is always his priority.

On any busy weekend, you’ll find Sal and his team setting up four or five events each day. He arrives early, goes over event summaries, and starts the process. Room diagrams are double checked, linen is delivered and set (and that’s a lot of napkin folding!), the menu and special notes are reviewed and on and on. So many different details go into every event and Sal and his team make it happen event after event. He is the last one out the door and the one to turn the lights out on his way out.
When Sal isn’t working at Ranch, he enjoys spending time with his family. Occasionally he even gets to be a guest at a party instead of being in charge which is always a treat for him!
