My wedding was May 30th, 2015. From the get go I was very impressed with Ranch Catering. When my husband and I came in for our tasting, Rhonda and the kitchen had pulled out all the stops for us. Everything tasted amazing and we were able to try so much food I felt like they had to roll me out of there afterwards! The setup was beautiful and it was nice to be able to do rentals through them as well. I did not have a wedding coordinator so I did not have much direction but Rhonda was very organized and had a list of things that I needed to address prior to the wedding day.
My husband and I were on a strict budget for the wedding since we were paying for it all ourselves. The company was able to work with us greatly on this aspect and we are so grateful for that! I also loved that I could email Rhonda any day of the week (even Sunday) with questions and she would actually respond the same day! As a bride planning the whole wedding herself its great to have someone with a speedy response.
The day of the wedding Ranch arrived on time and ready to go. Rhonda was not on site but there was a Lead on site who introduced himself (I wish i could remember his name!) They were very professional and even dealt with a few last minute changes I had for them. I re-arranged the seating chart the night before which meant the table numbers were all wrong. When I let the Lead know this, they re-arranged all the tables right away with no problems! The florist I had did not stay around to organize like i thought she would so this was another problem I ran into the day of. I asked the Lead if his guys could please pull a few of the centerpieces to the ceremony aisle, then move them back after the ceremony. Again, no problem! I had also asked my florist to put tiny flowers all through the cupcake display. I was so busy I didn’t even notice they weren’t there 🙁 But of course the day of Lead came up to me asking if he could steal a few flowers from a few of the centerpieces for the cupcake display! This was so great and I loved that he noticed and paid attention to such detail!!
Oh, and did I mention the food was AMAZING? Yeah and so did my guests! I’m still getting so many compliments about it. From the guacamole station to the chocolate fondue to the stuffed portobello mushroom and cupcakes. YUM.
Great staff all around and I am so glad I went with your company. We both felt very comfortable and confident with Ranch catering and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!
