Madison and JoJo Roper worked closely with Ranch Events Event Consultant Megan Diggins throughout the planning process for their wedding. The wedding was held at Rancho Guejito Vineyard located in Escondido. The couple posted the following on YELP:

“We cannot say enough about the quality of catering and customer service by Ranch Events for our wedding. Megan was our main point of contact and was nothing but savvy and open-minded to our food & beverage ideas, creatively bringing them to life in a functional and beautiful manner. We are the third couple in our family to utilize RE for rehearsal dinners & weddings, and year over year they always do an amazing job. For our rehearsal dinner, we had buffet island style food that RE set up at our parents backyard that was a nice casual yet perfectly celebratory dinner style to kick off the weekend.
At our wedding, we had a plated & served dinner service that was more upscale (where the waiters bring the food to each person at their tables) and everyone said their service was very detail oriented. We ordered a custom wedding cake from RE as well as a 4′ x 2′ berry pastry dessert that they didn’t hesitate to tackle making for us – it was stunning, photo attached!
We had a full bar (with numerous bars!) where we bought & provided all of the booze + mixers, etc. and they served. They absolutely crushed the assignment in all aspects of the weekend and brought our custom, unique visions to life in a seamless, beautiful manner.
All of our guests raved that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had and that the bartending was exceptional. It meant so much to us to work with a catering company that had many great offerings established but also was excited to think outside the box and make custom items for us. We even provided beef from the ranch where we got married at for them to cook with for appetizers to literally make the meal from farm to table. So special.
