Ranch Events wants to share some special accolades and praises received from clients during the past few months regarding our expert and professional event planners:

For Event Planners: Dinisa and Sindy

Ranch catered our year end awards banquet at The Scottish Rite Center, and everything was TOP NOTCH! Our families absolutely loved the food and the set up was by far the best we’ve ever had. Aside from the food, the staff they sent were so hard working and attentive. Dinisa, Cyndi and Scott (and Scott makes a wicked margarita) went above and beyond to check with me and just had the best personalities, an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank YOU Ranch for making this such a memorable evening for all! Look forward to working with you again in the future!!

My son gave me a weeks’ notice on having a wedding not even enough time for me to plan a reception at the venue I work at. I cannot say enough nice things about Ranch everything was perfect from start to finish.

I spoke to Ramon who was very so helpful and able to order food in a short period of time, answered all my questions and recommended menu items that were all good.

Katrinka was amazing! The food was served on time and the presentation of the food was perfect. She offered to help others setting up while we were on a yacht for the ceremony.

Ranch Events made my day more enjoyable knowing I could enjoy myself and family and not having to worry about anything. I will definitely use Ranch Events again in the future.

You turned the Seaside room into a place we will never forget!  It really was absolutely beautiful. All the service we received was great & the servers and bar tender were amazing.  They helped make everything complete.

You were amazing to work with as well; we really did enjoy your laid back attitude.  It made it so much easier as wedding planning is extremely stressful.

Again thank you for making Krista & Paul’s wedding day so beautiful.

The wait staff was amazing they did a phenomenal job catering to everyone needs. They were on top if it for the buffet and clearing the table, and preparing the toast. Everything ran smoothly and I thank you for the great job you did helping create this party. As a wedding coordinator and someone who has been in the service industry for over 15 years, I can say working with Ranch Events was an absolute pleasure on Saturday!  Geo and his staff were so incredibly on top of everything!!  They are very friendly, accommodating, and professional both to the guests and the vendors they work with. I even saw geo decorating the wedding cake with flowers from the florist (probably not on his job description and he did it with precision and care)

Not to mention their company is a ONE-STOP-SHOP, if you need something for your wedding or party, they’ve got it.  Tables, chairs, linens, catered food, great staff, bartenders and more!!  If you are reading this then you should probably say yes to hiring this company, I promise you will not be disappointed!  Oh, and the food was fresh and delicious too!

The food, service and staff here were amazing!  One stop shop – we were able to order our food, cake, linens, chairs, bar tender, servers, most everything for our wedding reception here.  Everyone raved about how good the food was (we bought take away containers so people could bring some home with them – there was so much food).  Even took food home from our initial taste testing. We worked with Yvonne and she was on top of everything.  Very organized, detailed, professional and made sure to keep everything within our budget!

So much stress lifted with their help and professionalism.

We just had our daughters at the Coronado Community Center and had Ranch Catering as our catering service, from our very first visit Bernardo made the experience memorable. He had us come in several times and we always had the best time and felt confident about our selections when we left. He came to our venue during the dinner hour to make sure everything went well. Our service captain was Scott.  He is probably the sweetest person you have ever met.

Everything from the decor, bartenders, wait staff, and cleanup was perfection. I would highly recommend Ranch Catering.  Ask for Bernardo and Scott. You won’t be disappointed.

Subject: Thanks for your Amazing Planning

We recently had our wedding at the Seaside room and we could not be happier with the outcome.  We had 200 guests at our wedding and it turned out even better than we had hoped for.  Bernardo was amazing in the planning process and he made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it with the budget we were working with.  He was extremely easy to work with and took a lot of the stress off the planning process.  He was also so welcoming and friendly to all of our family that we took to the various planning meetings like food tasting, cake tasting, and decor set-up.

The day of the wedding went perfectly, thanks to Sal and the entire staff helping out during the service.  The food and cake were delicious, and everyone had a great time.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Ranch Events and the Seaside room for an event!   Thank you Bernardo, Sal, and the entire staff for making our wedding day perfect.

Happy Clients: Experiences that Exceed Expectations

Ranch Events was super helpful and made my event a success! I hosted my sorority’s formal there and many guests said that this had been their favorite formal!

Megan from Ranch Events helped me every step of the way from the catering to the linens to the floor layout! Everything was super professional AND was in our budget!

Food: The buffet was a huge success and everyone loved the various options of food and cake! They were also great at accommodating those guests who are vegetarians, vegans, or had allergies.

Venue: I absolutely LOVE the venue at the Seaside Room! It was spacious enough for our 100+ guests, a large dance floor, and space for a Photo Booth! I also really appreciate how close it was to the marina to allow the guests to get some fresh air and have a spectacular view! I gave Megan my vision of having a Nautical themed event and she was great at giving ideas for decorations and the linens! I cried seeing how beautiful the venue turned out!

Staff: The staff was really nice and accommodating! We were able to set-up hours before the event and the waiting staff was nice when I had asked for a specific set-up and how I wanted the event to run through (i.e., our presentation, the bar, etc.). During dinner, they were also great when our guests with dietary restrictions had asked for their meals and got them right away!

Overall, I’d 100% recommend having your event at Ranch Events (and in the Seaside Room)! I am definitely going to recommend this to other organizations on campus and hopefully we’ll use them again in the future!
