I worked with Ranch Catering for my graduation party in May, I had them make my cake. I called and scheduled a cake tasting about 2-3 days in advance and they were extremely accommodating.
I tried a few cakes and really liked two of them so the associate I was working with, Sindy, suggested we mix and match my favorite aspects of each. We ended up with a raspberry cake infused with champagne and almond, filled with fresh raspberries, a layer of ganache and decadent white chocolate filling. It was topped with a white fondant that had a pearlescent sheen to it.
I wanted my cake to be very simple but with a little sparkle to it and very subtle hints of pink, Sindy was able to create my vision! The cake itself taste amazing and marvelously moist. It was a pretty big cake and very competitively priced with how particular I was, definitely worth getting a quote!!! THANK YOU SINDY!
