We just got married last week and I wanted to go a different route with our wedding cake. I wanted a ‘naked cake’ and have toppings on the side. Kind of like a yogurt shop, where you can top it with your own toppings. We called it ‘Pimp your cake’. Ranch provided the most amazing naked cake, just as I envisioned it. Very lightly frosted with some of the actual cake showing through. Tons and tons of toppings from fruit, to candy, with different things to drizzle over it. It made it so fun for the guests.
