A -5- Star Review was received on YELP from Tatyana of Carmel Valley. She said:
“We had our epic wedding at marina village and it was the most beautiful thing we could have fathomed. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a waterfront wedding dual with indoor and outdoor. Bernardo and his team were professional and efficient and let us enjoy our day while handling all the sideline things. We loved every minute of our night and working with the team for the year.”

Thanksgiving Day can get pretty crazy and busy with your family and friends hanging out in the kitchen and wanted to visit. Here is a list of things you can do the day before Thanksgiving that will help you save some time on the Holiday.

After mixing your favorite stuffing; wrap it in plastic and put it in your fridge. It will be ready for stuffing your bird or baking Thanksgiving Day.
Cooking your pies the day before lets the dessert to fully cool and allows the juices in the pie to thicken and reabsorb. If you really must have your pie warm, let it cool uncovered. A few minutes before you want to serve it on Thanksgiving, put it back in a warm oven for 20 minutes or so. The juices will stay thickened, but the pie will be warm, giving you the best of both worlds.
