Thanksgiving Day can get pretty crazy and busy with your family and friends hanging out in the kitchen and wanted to visit. Here is a list of things you can do the day before Thanksgiving that will help you save some time on the Holiday.

After mixing your favorite stuffing; wrap it in plastic and put it in your fridge. It will be ready for stuffing your bird or baking Thanksgiving Day.
Cooking your pies the day before lets the dessert to fully cool and allows the juices in the pie to thicken and reabsorb. If you really must have your pie warm, let it cool uncovered. A few minutes before you want to serve it on Thanksgiving, put it back in a warm oven for 20 minutes or so. The juices will stay thickened, but the pie will be warm, giving you the best of both worlds.

Boo to you from all of the Ranch Events Crew. Have a safe and fun filled Halloween. Hope you celebrate with family and friends and make a day packed full of happy memories.
Good luck outwitting all the axe-murderers, swamp creatures and vengeful ghosts. Don’t forget, zombies are roaming the street, so you better be fast on your feet.
Have fun, stay safe and avoid the zombie apocalypse!!
It’s just not witch-full thinking, but Ranch Events want to wish you all a HAPPY HALLOWEEN.

Ranch Events has had the honor of being chosen for the 7th year in a row as the catering company of choice for the annual CPO (Chief Petty Officer) Pride Day. This year the event was held at the Silver State Beach on Coronado Island. This celebration was an all-day affair beginning at 9 am in the morning and ending at 3 p.m.

To kick off the morning festivities, multiple coffee stations and beverage stations were set-up throughout the venue so everyone could get their morning beverage of choice.
