| Jason Peltier |
| Director |
Jason has been a large part of Ranch Events since its inception. He worked with his Dad out on events and learned from the bottom up all the particulars that go into a catering business. When he graduated with honors and a Business Law degree from Whittier College, he took over the |

| Having been extensively involved with sports teams and student politics as a teenager and young man, Jason knows exactly how to effectively operate a sales team. A self starter, he is highly motivated and a great source of motivation to others. A perpetual optimist, Jason is defined by his creative and workable solutions to seemingly impossible situations. His appearance is impeccable and polished. He encourages by example to exercise and stay fit and enjoys participating in various athletic events for charity and sport. |

| Like his father, Jason is very involved with various community and world projects. He and his Wife spent their Honeymoon planning and overseeing a brand new Orphanage in Pacasmayo Peru. It was a life changing experience for them giving them an amazing sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. They feel they benefited as much as the children whose lives were saved. |
| Jason sits on the board of Directors for Boy Scouts of America and is a major contributor for the entire organization. |
| For 15 years Jason has hosted annual luncheons upwards of 700 guests in fundraising efforts for the Barrio Station assisting San Diego youths and their families. Jason is committed to supporting community needs in hopes of creating lasting impact. |

| Bob Peltier |
| Founder/Owner |
Bob started the company with a fleet of one truck and was literally a one man show. He did the purchasing, cooking, and serving himself. It was his baby right down to the clean up. He put whatever money he made right back into the business, opting not to rent equipment or use credit for it. If he couldn't buy it with the cash he had, it waited until next time. |
| Cooking and grilling on site at BBQ's and small weddings kept Bob going until he made a name for himself. It didn't take long for word to get around, and within a year he had his own kitchen in Chula Vista at the Lions Club. He cooked for various clubs and organizations during the week and weddings on the weekend. Most people knew him, and if they didn't know him, they knew of him and Ranch Events. Bob Peltier was the guy who was taking catering in this town by storm and making sure everyone had as much to eat as he'd like to eat if he were at the event. |
| As it is now, giving back to community Bob also did then. He has always been involved with local fundraising and charity events. He has an enormous heart, identifies with children and is very in tune to their needs. |
| About the time Ranch Events grew out of the kitchen in Chula Vista, Bob was offered to run and be the exclusive Caterer at the Scottish Rite Center in Mission Valley. The parties got bigger and better. His staff and catering trucks grew quickly. He started Renaissance Bakery where beautiful wedding cakes were created along with the basics of course: cookies, brownies, apple pie, and fresh bread. |
| Soon after, Bob began Event Line Equipment Rentals offering tables, chairs, canopies, heaters and lighting. Anything a client would need to host a perfect event. |
| Ranch Events in Mission Valley holds a lot of history for Bob. It served as headquarters for some very big events here in San Diego. The Cedar Fires when Bob was feeding the San Diego Fire Crews, SDG&E Crews, and the local Red Cross in huge numbers 3 meals a day for a month. Bob also feed the Secret Service for the whole length of the Democratic National Convention in Downtown. |
| More importantly and memorable for Bob, were the moving tributes and events honoring "Special Olympics" "Toys for Tots" (Where he played Santa for years) and "The Disabled American Veterans" held right there at the Scottish Rite Center. |
| When it was time to move again, Bob found an abandon grocery store on Mt. Acadia in Clairemont. Referencing his back ground in construction, he started with just 4 walls and created a beautiful building. This location is home to Ranch Events and houses Kitchens, Offices, Showrooms, Rental Yards, a Bakery and more recently has added a Flower Shop; Nantucket Florals. |
| Bob Peltier and his "Everything is possible" philosophy is what separate Ranch Events from the rest. A "Hands On" Owner, Bob has a special talent for making parties flow. He can take a lumpy dirt lot and create a party space fit for royalty. He works extremely long hard hours to make sure everything is perfect for his clients. |
