Ranch Events catered my husband’s and my wedding reception and they did so with professionalism, poise and perfection! We worked with Bernardo Valdez and he was on point 100% of the time. The food was wonderful, the room was decked out beautifully, and everything ran like clockwork. The wait staff was also amazing. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Subject: Great Wedding Reception

We recently had Ranch do the catering for our wedding reception (for 200 guests) at Marina Village and they did a great job. We worked with Rhonda Wick and she was awesome in helping us plan. Ranch did our food, cakes, flowers and decoration and it was all perfect! Since we had so many guests, Rhonda even suggested having a small cake at each table as the centerpiece. This saved us a lot of money and it looked fantastic.

Ranch gave us a wonderful tasting of their food and it was all great but we went with a buffet with chicken in a wine sauce and a beef carving station for the main courses. They have a large selection of items so you can really have the food exactly the way you want. Our guests all loved the food and say it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding.

Ranch is full service and they really took care of everything. The flowers and cakes were perfect and the room looked exactly the way we wanted. For the bar, Marina Village and Ranch allowed us to provide our own alcohol and they provided the bartenders and cups, ice, etc. This was great since other venues and caterers will charge you an arm and a leg for an open bar.

Long story short, Ranch did a great job and I recommend them highly.

That was my team and I am so grateful to all of them for making my wedding special. I chose not to have a wedding planner for my special day, and I do NOT regret it! Giovanni co-ordinated with my other vendors flawlessly, and I was asked very little by him except to confirm my set-up, which was so beautiful! My linens were PERFECT, and it was so beautifully set up.

I cannot tell you how many compliments we got on the food, and how many “Now usually wedding food sucks, but this is amazing!” I even had a few engaged guests get their information because of how impressed they were by the service.

Even at the end of the night when my purse went missing (my mother took it home on accident!) Giovanni went out of his way to ask his staff, and helped me look for it.

Ranch catering is beyond amazing!! I am the Customer Relations Manager at Kearny Pearson Ford & Kia and we have used their services for our monthly employee meetings with their bakery. Sindy Duenas has been excellent to work with and the cakes are always delicious! We have also worked with Yvonne Elguira for our breakfast catering for our manager meetings and our sales appreciation meetings.  Yvonne is very detail oriented, she is friendly, very professional, and is a pleasure doing business with her. Absolutely amazing service from cook Sal and phenomenal customer service from Jose who was prepping and serving for us at the breakfast we did today. I would definitely recommend Ranch Events for any catering services. They are professional, affordable, flexible, and their food is simply delicious. I have been working with “Ranch Events” for many years. I can’t say enough good things about them. I have many events at my office and other organizations. I just call Kathy, give her the date & time, she and Sindy take care of everything for me.

Every year “Ranch” actually turns my office parking lot into a little restaurant with carpet & special lighting for approximately 225 guests. They cook & serve filet mignon, shrimp scampi & Mediterranean Chicken.   Everyone loves the mashed potato bar, the beer & wine bar (Scott & Giovanni are really good bartenders) & the desserts are great. (Chocolate brownies are to die for).The table set up & the serving tables are always beautiful…….all I do is choose a color for the linens.

I had a special birthday party in my backyard for 75 family & friends.  I could not believe how beautiful my yard, patio & driveway looked when they were finished setting up

They cooked & served a fantastic taco bar….so much good food. The beer & wine bar was great as usual.  Scott asked me several times if everything looked OK…he made sure my day was perfect. .I didn’t have to do a thing but enjoy. Thanks Scott.. you are  amazing!!!!

Recently “Ranch” catered a breakfast burrito bar at my church….so many complements on the food & the table set up was beautiful as always. Giovanni made it all happen!!!!

The staff & workers have always been a pleasure to work with. I never have to clean up…they do it all & of course the food is fantastic!!!!! Won’t use anyone else!!!
